Oliver joined Downing in November 2018 as a Loan Analyst, to support the Property Investment Team with the execution of new deals. Prior to Downing, Oliver worked at ICG Longbow, in the Portfolio Management and Origination teams; focusing on mezzanine debt and whole loans across a range of real estate asset classes. Oliver holds a BSc Geography and Geology degree from the University of Manchester.
