With decades of industry experience and a dedicated team of 15 professionals, our Private Credit team can create tailored solutions that meet investors' needs, targeting attractive risk-adjusted returns through a diversified credit strategy.

Within our private credit strategy, we focus on direct and wholesale lending, providing secured senior lending against UK and Irish real estate with durations of 12–36 months. This delivers attractive returns with broad diversification across geographies, counterparties, and loan types.

With its successful track record, Downing's Private Equity team provides access to a wide network and specialist knowledge across healthcare and specialist education. Our time-tested approach can achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns with strong downside protection. The Private Equity team also invest in other sectors in addition to healthcare and specialist education, for example, hospitality, leisure and IT infrastructure.
