Morgan-Rose joined Downing in May 2021 and is a Portfolio & Operations Manager on the Property Finance team, supporting the execution and ongoing monitoring of loans. Morgan-Rose previously worked with the loan administration team at Close Brothers, where she supported the origination teams across both development and bridging finance after obtaining her Investment Operations Certificate.
