Prior to joining Downing, Luke worked at G Square focusing on sourcing new deals and executing transactions alongside ongoing portfolio management roles to support a variety of UK and global healthcare businesses. He also previously worked at Jeffries International in the M&A advisory team and HSBC in investment banking.
