The portfolio of assets, owned by York NIHE Ltd, have a total installed generation capacity of c.3,800 kWp. The assets receive 4 NIROCs per MWh for energy generated and (deemed) export to grid by the domestic installs for energy generated in excess of household’s needs.
Anesco will act as Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services provider for these assets. Asset management for the assets is performed in-house by Downing.
