Wakehurst Renewable Energy Ltd
In early 2020, Downing took over the investment management responsibility of a portfolio of assets which included the set of assets.
The portolio of assets, owned by Wakehurst Renewable Energy Ltd, have a total installed generation capacity of c.1,150kWp. The assets receive 4 NIROCs per MWh for energy generated and (deemed) export to grid by the domestic installs for energy generated in excess of household’s needs.
Soventix and Anesco act as Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services provider for these assets. Asset management for the Wakehurst Renewable Energy assets is performed in-house by Downing.
