Regis Solar LLP - Residential Rooftop Solar Portfolio
Regis Solar LLP was established to acquire, own and operate rooftop solar installations in the UK. The development partner is Renewable Energy Investments Limited (“REI”).
The residential assets benefit from the Feed-in-Tariff subsidy scheme. Freetricity Solar Limited provide O&M services to the commercial portfolio whilst asset management services are handled by Downing’s internal team of specialists.
