Regis Solar LLP was established to acquire, own and operate rooftop solar installations in the UK. The development partner is Renewable Energy Investments Limited (“REI”).
The commercial assets also benefit from the Feed-in-Tariff subsidy scheme as well as from selling power to the landlords of each site via Power Purchase Agreements.
Freetricity Solar Limited provide O&M services to the commercial portfolio whilst asset management services are provided in-house by Downing.
