The installations qualify for Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs) and collect revenue from unused and exported electricity. The landlords benefit from free or discounted electricity produced.
O&M is performed by Freetricity, a full-service Solar PV O&M operator. Asset management is performed in-house by Downing.
