Carrow Solar Limited comprises 210 rooftop solar installations in Norfolk. The company was acquired from the original funders following eight years of operational performance.
Each of the installations benefits from fixed inflation-linked Feed-in-Tariff subsidies for both generation and export volumes.
The portfolio was originally developed and constructed by RenEnergy, a developer familiar to Downing. It is now maintained by Anesco and asset management is provided in-house by Downing.
